Tamando defeated Jagamara in the final by five runs to win the 12 Subrat Mangaraj Brahmananda Jena Memorial Twenty20 Cricket Tournament at Syed Mumtaz Ali High School in Bhubaneswar today.
Orissa Cricket Association secretary Asirbad Behera handed over a cash prize of Rs 5,000 to the champion team. OCA treasurer Satya Mohanty, Orissa Football Association secretary in-charge M A Alam, senior cricket coach Sumit Bose, state under-16 cricket coach Khirod Behera, host Nuapalli Juba Parishad secretary Nikhil Balabantaray and chief adviser Prashant Pattnaik were present at the closing function.
